Dear Friends,
As 2024 draws to a close, it is a time to reflect on the past year and the transitions that it brought. For our clients, staff and the community we serve, there have been ups and downs, moments of sadness and joy, challenges and success. Throughout it all, we were reminded of the strength and resilience that so many women, children and families have. We see every day how powerful the human spirit can be.
Speaking on behalf of everyone here at Family Transition Place (FTP), I am grateful to our community of partners, donors, families, and friends who support our work. Together, we are building a future filled with safety, opportunities and hope for every woman and child. I’d like to express our deepest gratitude for your unwavering support. Because of your kindness and generosity, women and families facing difficult times have found safety, hope, and a chance to rebuild their lives. Fundraised dollars have supported our unfunded programs, including the healthy relationship education delivered by our Youth Education programs to thousands of youth in to grades 5–8 throughout our catchment area.
