Sometimes it’s difficult to call for help. Know that you’ll be listened to with respect and without judgement. We’re here to help.
Text and email accounts are monitored Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Staff will respond to messages as soon as possible.
A counsellor is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if you:
- are in a crisis
- are experiencing abuse and need to talk to someone or need to leave (Emergency transportation is available).
- are a concerned friend/family/co-worker looking for information in order to help someone who is being abused.
- have experienced abuse, past or present.
Approximately 3,000 calls are made to the Support/Info Line annually for information, support or referrals.
