Emergency Shelter, Second Stage Housing & Transitional Support

Our shelter is a safe and comfortable place to stay for women (16 years of age and older) and their children.  We provide food and other essentials.  We can offer you assistance with transportation and childcare, advocacy and accompaniment to appointments and court, individual and group counselling, and follow up support after your stay.

Emergency Shelter

Safe, secure shelter and support for women, with or without children, who are experiencing abuse or homelessness.

Second Stage Housing

Supportive temporary housing (up to six months) to help with the transition to independent living.

Transitional, Legal and Housing Support

Practical assistance, support and referrals in the areas of housing, education, employment, budgeting, goal setting and safety planning.

Support Within Housing

For women living with mental wellness issues. Permanent, supportive, RGI housing.

Drop in program available for immediate and practical support.

Food & Nutrition Specialist

The Food & Nutrition Specialist enhances the experience for the women and children residing in the shelter. Nutritious and tasty meals are served nightly to the shelter residents.
