The winner of this quilt generously donated it back to FTP for us to either display or use as another fundraising initiative. We will make sure to keep you informed on how the quilt is used.
 
Congratulations to the winner of Travelling the Silk Roadthe holder of ticket number 0230! This raffle raised $2,600 to support the personal-care needs of the women and children accessing FTP’s shelter, counselling and outreach services.

Travelling the Silk Road is a quilt designed, built and sewn by Sandra Small Proudfoot, graduate of Design from the Ontario College of Art (AOCA ’89). Machine quilting by Mary Light of Temiskaming Shores.
