Going back to school can be nerve-racking any year for students, but this year might be particularly stressful. Children’s Mental Health at Dufferin Child and Family Services and Family Transition Place would like to help students identify the signs of stress, and also share some helpful self-care tips to help them get ready and feel more confident about getting back into the classroom.

Remember: “Having compassion for yourself only increases the chance of engaging in the world in a more kind and positive way.”
