Healthy Relationship Workshop (youth ages 10 to 13)
Wednesday, July 8, 2020 – 2:00–3:00 p.m.
This FREE online and interactive workshop will focus on the key characteristics of healthy and unhealthy relationships, how to maintain healthy relationships, and what youth can do if the relationship is not healthy. The workshop will be held virtually via Zoom. Space is limited.

Communication in Relationships (youth ages 10 to 13)
Wednesday, July 15, 2020 – 2:00–3:00 p.m.
This workshop will explore the different styles of communication. Participants will learn the impact of communication in relationships and develop skills to express themselves confidently. The workshop will be held virtually via Zoom. Space is limited.

Mental Health Workshop in Partnership with DCAFS (youth ages 10 to 13)
Wednesday, July 22, 2020 – 2:00-3:00 p.m.
FTP’s Youth Educators and representatives from Children’s Mental Health – DCAFS will guide participants through the difference between mental wellness and mental health; exploring the stigma associated with mental health. Participants will also be provided self-care strategies and community referrals so that they can feel supported around this issue. The workshop will be held virtually via Zoom. Space is limited.
