In partnership with Dufferin Child and Family Services, Family Transition Place is proud to host our final online workshop for the school year next Wednesday, June 24 from 2 – 3 p.m. This online workshop will be hosted through Zoom, and focused on Youth Mental Wellness.

This session is suitable for youth ages 10-13. Together, we will be exploring the difference between mental wellness and mental health in an effort to continually reduce the stigma. We will also be providing self-care strategies and discussing support that’s available right here in our community.

Motivated by the increased need for youth mental health support during the pandemic, the Optimist Club of Orangeville has generously funded the promotion and production of this workshop, for which we extend our most sincere gratitude.

Taking care of your mental health is just as important as nurturing our physical health. We hope you’ll join us for this fun and interactive workshop! Registration is required. Space is limited to 10 participants.
