We invite you to participate in the Wrapped in Courage campaign and wear a purple scarf or tie to show support for the many women who have experienced or are experiencing domestic violence.
For the month of November; and leading up to our community vigils commemorating the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women in December, Family Transition Place asks you to join us in our efforts to showcase your support and belief – that every woman has the fundamental right to live in safety and security.
Thank you for supporting this initiative. The purple scarves are SOLD OUT. There are still a number of ties available at both of the Orangeville branches, and the Bolton branch.
Have questions? Call us at 519-942-4122 x 243 or 240 Email us your pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org
Rally your friends, family and co-workers to wear their purple scarves/ties and send us in your pictures. We want to showcase your support or your workplace in our social media feeds. We encourage you to share on your social media too, using the hashtags #ftplace and #wapm and be sure to visit last year’s gallery.
