Family Transition Place offers a number of training solutions: 

Youth Education – in the schools/community

Hope is given through our Education Programs which involve school-based and community training curriculums.

  • School-based – Interactive curriculums and presentations covering a variety of topics including bullying, gender stereotyping, self-esteem, and building healthy relationships.
  • Community – Education and awareness in the form of information presentations and workshops are offered to the general public and groups.

Transitions Training – for the workplace

Our training solutions can be customized to meet your specific needs. Options include one-day workshops to week-long programs. Our delivery is practical, interactive, relevant and engaging. Most importantly, our trainers have over 35 years of combined experience in the industry.

We take pride in customizing your training experience making it completely relevant to your workplace.

Programs are designed to shift how participants view and respond to domestic abuse and are tailored to suit all levels within an organizational hierarchy from front line employees to management.

We believe that given the appropriate knowledge and skills, everyone is capable of making more informed, effective, and safe choices when facing situations involving domestic abuse.
